Social welfare for the employees of JSC "Transmash"
JSC "Transmash" is the stably working company. It is considered to be one the best in the field of machine manufacturing. There are more than 1000 employees. Labour union organization, Youth council, council of Veterans work now in line with the company. Collective agreement is accepted, conditions of which are executed in full measure.
There are special service premises, shower cubicles in all subdivisions. Health service is free of charge, milk is given to all employees that work in the hazardous work conditions, free of charge buses take employees home and factory. There are dental cabinet and canteen. All employees are provided with working clothes. Shoe-making workshop, laundry and sewing workshop are working.
Much attention is devoted to the beautification of the territory. Flowerbeds and parterres are laid out on the territory, greenhouse is working.
Managers together with labour union organization have worked out social programs, aiming to create favourable conditions of work, life and relaxation for employees and their families: "Youth of Transmash", "Veterans", "Healthy way of life", "Beauty and inspiration", "Charity", "Motherland is with us", "Family and children". Within the bounds of these programs large organizational - mass and cultural work is carried out.
All employees earn adequate salaries without delay. Since November, 1st 2004 the minimum salary/wage established in the factory corresponds to the living wage (salary) of Saratov region.
